About the Role
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete Purchase‑to‑Pay cycle with accuracy and compliance.
- Ensure seamless day‑to‑day operations under established procurement processes & governance standards.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to translate needs into effective purchasing actions.
- Handle supplier performance and resolve service or quality complaints through QNS & RCM.
- Execute sourcing decisions and ensure alignment with global/regional category managers.
- Maintain accurate purchase data (PIR, outline agreements, SL, master data).
- Support operational KPIs, MIS reporting, and audit documentation.
- Track POs, order acknowledgments, and manage purchasing documentation.
- Drive improvements in SAP data accuracy and overall procurement efficiency.
- Manage assigned materials/services portfolios, including project‑level negotiations.
