Operational Buyer

FunctieomschrijvingAs an Operational Buyer you will be responsible for processing the purchasing process:

You are responsible for the execution, management and follow-up of purchase orders.

You follow up the order processing and order input.

You enter the order taking into account supplier agreements.

You follow up the purchase process operationally: purchase request - request for quotations - purchase order.

You draw up the contracts.

You follow up the orders administratively with the suppliers: blocked invoices - overdue purchase orders - late deliveries, etc.

Who are we looking for as an Operational Buyer? 

You have a higher degree or equivalent through experience.

You can express yourself fluently in English.

You have a good knowledge of Excel

You are precise and able to set priorities
