Role Summary

We are seeking a senior individual contributor to lead change and operational communications across the global Order to Cash (O2C) organization.

This role designs and embeds a structured change framework to support system, process, and operational transformations within Finance and Payments Operations. Communications is a core lever — ensuring incidents, changes, and sensitive financial matters are communicated clearly, consistently, and in line with governance standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the O2C change and communications operating model (governance, decision rights, templates, approval pathways)
