What you'll do:
Experience in troubleshooting and resolving complex issues related to infrastructure, installation, configuration, deployment release and promotion processes ,procedures and application performance
Collaborate closely with development and QA teams to support product installation and configuration
Collaboration with others in Operations and development teams to triage software application issues within multiple time zones to ensure fast turnaround times on incident management and resolution
