Operational Excellence Consultant

The **OpEx Consultant** will play a critical role in identifying, assessing, and prioritizing automation and AI opportunities across business processes. This position bridges the gap between business needs and technology solutions, ensuring that automation and AI initiatives deliver measurable value and align with organizational goals.

**Position Responsibilities:**

**Process Discovery**

+ Conduct end-to-end process mapping and documentation using tools such as BPMN or process mining software.
+ Analyze workflows to identify bottlenecks, redundancies, and opportunities for automation.
+ Engage stakeholders to validate current-state processes and gather insights.

**Process Improvement and Redesign**

+ Apply Lean, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement methodologies to optimize processes.
