**_OBJECTIVES/PURPOSE_**



+ As a member of the Business Excellence (BE) team, lead the Operational Excellence (OE) team of OE Champions.

+ Responsible for the development of the site AGILE* roadmap with the Business Excellence Lead in close collaboration with QS&I.

+ Develop capabilities of OE Champions as the future leaders

+ Lead AGILE Waves ...
