You will lead and coach cross-functional teams using Six Sigma and MOS (Molex Operating System) to drive sustainable improvements across processes and products..
Our Team
You will report to the Site Operational Excellence Leader and work in close partnership with cross-functional stakeholders across the site, including Operations, Production, Process/Test/Industrial Engineering, Quality, Planning, Procurement, Program Management, Business Units, and Finance. This role has no direct reports and leads through influence, coaching, and project execution.
