About the role

Sodexo On-Site Services Philippines, Inc. is seeking an experienced Operations Excellence Manager to join our team in Makati City, Metro Manila. As an Operations Excellence Manager, you will provide expertise and guidance in Operational Excellence and Technical services across the country. The role is also accountable for assessing, developing and delivering initiatives to achieve operational excellence, innovation, continuous improvement in the Service Platform and Facilities Management capabilities.

• Champion operational excellence programs while impacting key result areas around process efficiencies, smart and safe work place, SIP (Site Improvement Plans), innovation pilots, and capability-building workshops.
