Key Responsibilities

Process Improvement & Operational Planning

• Review end-to-end processes across teams to identify inefficiencies, gaps, and delays.
• Lead process mapping initiatives and recommend improvements for optimized workflows.
• Align all operational excellence initiatives with organizational goals and priorities.
• Partner with Finance to track cost savings, productivity improvements, and efficiency gains.

Continuous Improvement (Lean & Six Sigma)

• Lead and execute process improvement initiatives using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
