Operational Excellence Partner

The Operational Excellence Partner will drive continuous improvement and standardization initiatives across Maersk's depots, focusing on operational safety, quality, efficiency, profitability, savings, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement a comprehensive operational excellence strategy that supports Maersk's business objectives and drives continuous improvement within operations and stakeholders.
• Act as a partner in delivering training programs using Lean Six Sigma tools and methodologies according to Lean integrator guidelines.
• Use Lean Six Sigma tools such as RCA, 5 Whys, SMED, VSM (Value Stream Mapping), and Kaizen for analysis and continuous improvement across all areas.
• Identify, track, and audit KPIs to measure the effectiveness of operational excellence initiatives.
• Lead and support Lean Corner routines (Daily/Weekly meetings in Gemba with shopfloor personnel).
