Job Description

  1. a) Prepare quotations, job plans, budget sheets, invoicing, and ensure compliance with all documentation requirements in accordance with HSM internal systems and marine project procedures .
  2. b) Supervise subordinates, riding crews, and subcontractors to ensure marine engineering and repair works are completed on schedule, safely, and to the required quality standards . Prepare technical and repair reports as required and safeguard the company’s assets and interests.
  3. c) Faithfully discharge duties and perform all work strictly in accordance with the approved scope of marine engineering work , technical specifications, and contractual requirements.
  4. d) Observe and maintain marine safety, HSE, and regulatory standards at all times for oneself, colleagues, vessels, and company property. Proactively identify and report any potential safety hazards or non-compliance issues to management.
