Position target: 
Operational Finance Assistant Payment Factory (PF) is responsible for accurate and correct processing of incoming and outgoing payments as well as bank accounts reconciliations correspondingly with group instructions. 
Tasks and responsibilities: 
Workplace: 
Verifying, allocating and booking of bank transactions (SAP). 
Posting of Petty Cash transactions. 
Preparing and coordinating the bank accounts reconciliations on daily and monthly basis. 
Taking the responsibility for incoming correspondence with banks. 
Preparing and executing automatic and manual payments. 
Processing bank and cash flow operations accurately and in timely manners, accordingly to DSV Company procedures. 
Ensuring smooth knowledge transfer to newly hired employees.
