Operational Manager

IBMC is assisting our client in hiring a Operational Manager to unify and scale operations across their entities in Singapore, Hong Kong, and Indonesia.

The role is responsible for building the group’s operating system end-to-end: standardizing processes, implementing automation and ERP/SaaS tools, tightening cross-country coordination, and ensuring every function operates with clear KPIs, accountability, and visibility.

This position requires a senior operator who understands SaaS-style workflows, multi-entity management, and the operational realities of fintech or prop trading environments.
