Operational Marketing Officer


Specific Responsibilities:Based in Brussels, you report to the Head of Marketing & Communication for the France, Belgium & Luxembourg Cluster and work closely with the Belux country manager.


You manage the daily internal and external Marketing & Communication for BeLux:- Execute the marketing plan to drive awareness and growth,- Provide support to the lines of business to promote AIG’s products,- Support for the organization of external events with brokers or clients,- Support for the organization and preparation of internal events in Belgium (Colleagues Updates, …),- Responsible for the daily update of Intranet and Belgium corporate website,- Support of Cluster initiatives / projects,- Plan and coordinate employee engagement initiatives, including diversity, equity, and inclusion programs for the Cluster (ERGs).
