We are seeking a talented individual to join our Strategic Initiatives team at Mercer, a Marsh business, as a Operational Partnerships Manager working in our Adelaide, Melbourne or Sydney office. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
Operational Partnerships Manager
We will count on you to:
Collaborate closely with the Global Service Delivery (GSD) team to ensure service delivery aligns with contracted SLAs and quality standards, monitoring performance and driving continuous improvement.
Oversee GSD performance operational controls and risk management in partnership with the First Line Risk team, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
Foster strong stakeholder engagement across Administration Operations and GSD teams, promoting a One Team approach and effective communication.
