Operational Plant Manager

**Qualifications**:- Bachelor's degree in chemical engineering or related field.
(verifiable Title and ID)- Proven experience in chemical process engineering and manufacturing in a similar role.Previous experience with handling diluted hydrogen peroxide and acrylic acid is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies in chemical processes.
- Proficiency in CAD software, Microsoft Office and process simulation tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Fluent in both English and Spanish, with excellent communication skills in both languages.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of safety and quality regulations, such as ISO standards, in chemical manufacturing.
