Operational Policy and Data - Senior Manager

Overview

The operations policy team under the Disability Support and Services Group oversees the operational strategy and planning for government funded disability programmes and schemes. This includes analysing, assessing and reviewing the impact of policy changes on disability services as well as developing operational plans to ensure effective and timely implementation.

The operations policy team works with internal and external stakeholders to translate policy to operational guidelines, design and implement transformative solutions to streamline workflows, enhance system capabilities, and boost operational efficiency.

One of the initiatives under the operations policy team is the implementation of a Social Health Integration Initiative to enhance support to Adult Disability Homes (ADH) in managing persons with disabilities with high support needs.
