Operational Product Manager: Agile Product & Development Oversight (all genders)

Worldwide, more than 500 customers in some 150 countries with more than 45,000 workstations already trust our know-how and proven experience.This role acts as an enabling and coordinating function across Product Management, Operational Product Management, and Development Project Management in a SAFe-oriented organization that moves to rolling backlog planning instead of classic PI Planning. The position supports continuous planning, monitoring, and steering of development activities across multiple SAFe Scrum teams, other SAFe ARTs, and external suppliers. In addition, the role takes ownership of long-running, complex technical initiatives in the role of a SAFe Epic Owner and ensures transparency, flow, and predictability in a rolling planning and delivery setup.
