Summary Recruitment Incentive: Newly appointed Operational Psychologists may be offered recruitment incentives based on qualifications Organizational Location: This position is with the Department of Homeland Security, within U.S. Customs and Border Protection, Enterprise Services, Immediate Office of the Executive Assistant Commissioner, Workforce Care Directorate, location negotiable*. *List of locations can be found under the Duties section. Responsibilities In this position you will provide regional support to the workforce and leadership through behavioral health prevention and other various incident responses, consultations, and training. Topics may include leadership development, organizational behavior management, employee engagement and resilience. In this role, you will fortify CBP's workforce and leadership by collaborating with all CBP offices, CBP employees, supervisors, and other partners by addressing challenges, opportunities, and programs for the CBP workforce.
