Job Description


  • Helps to maintain seamless communication and quote to cash process flows between Order Fulfillment (OF) and other departments such as IT, TS, Sales, Sales Support, Renewals, Products etc.

  • Project coordinator for Order Fulfillment, working closely with the OF management team

    • Managing projects such as task automation, coordination of support tickets with IT etc.

    • Provides regular, structured updates to OF Management on project status, operational issues, risks and opportunities that may impact OF processes.
