Helps to maintain seamless communication and quote to cash process flows between Order Fulfillment (OF) and other departments such as IT, TS, Sales, Sales Support, Renewals, Products etc.

Project coordinator for Order Fulfillment, working closely with the OF management team Managing projects such as task automation, coordination of support tickets with IT etc.
Provides regular, structured updates to OF Management on project status, operational issues, risks and opportunities that may impact OF processes.
Prepares reports, presentations and dashboards to keep OF management informed and enable data-drive decision-making
Acts as trusted-advisor to the OF management team to proactively identify potential challenges and proposing solutions 

Supports Order Fulfillment internal users to review Order & Fulfillment Plans
