Operational Resilience Senior Analyst (BCM)

The Canada Operations 1st Line Risk and Controls team is seeking an experienced, highly capable individual to join the team as **BC Coordinator, BCM Operational Resilience** . This role supports Canada Operations by facilitating day‑to‑day execution of the Business Continuity Management (BCM) lifecycle, including hands‑on development, testing, review, and maintenance of Business Impact Analyses (BIAs), Business Continuity Plans (BCPs), and related BCM artifacts. The successful candidate will operate independently with minimal oversight, applying strong practical experience across BIA and BCP development, BCM testing, and lifecycle maintenance.

This role plays a critical part in supporting the execution and adoption of Manulife’s enhanced BCM Standard and OSFI E‑21 Operational Resilience expectations.
