Operational Risk Analyst - Support Services Global Support Centre

ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re looking for an Operational Risk Analyst to support how we identify, understand and respond to risk across the business. This role plays a key part in uplifting our operational risk reporting, insights and systems, helping bring clarity and confidence to decision making.

Working closely with stakeholders across the business, you’ll develop and maintain risk dashboards and key reporting, monitor trends and emerging risks, and ensure our data is accurate, consistent and meaningful. You’ll partner with teams to understand their needs, translate these into clear requirements, and support the delivery of reporting and system improvements that enhance visibility and reduce manual effort.
