Operational Risk and Compliance Manager

About The Role

We are looking for an Operational Risk and Compliance Manager who will work within the regulated Fintech team. This person will be assessing, managing and minimizing Operational Risk for Uber in Mexico.

This role is a unique opportunity to help expand one of Uber's newest services, Uber Money.

This is a rigorous business role in a high-growth environment, and this person will work together with the Fintech team to ensure we are compliant with the regulation and have solid governance.

What You’ll Do

• Develop & Optimize Processes - Leverage the Operational Risk Management Framework to: Identify, Measure, Monitor, Manage, Report and Govern Operational Risk.
