Overview

We are seeking a detail‑oriented and highly organized professional to support the Operational Non‑Financial Risk (ONFR) team within a banking environment. This role will focus on maintaining and enhancing ONFR program frameworks, supporting risk and control processes, tracking program adoption across departments, and assisting with reporting and quality assurance activities. The ideal candidate will bring strong Excel and data management capabilities, prior banking experience, and a background in Operational Risk, Compliance, or Project Management.
