Operational Risk Manager

Global Operational Risk & Resilience Oversight (ORRO) is an independent second line risk function that provides challenge and oversight and guidance to a variety of stakeholders so that operational risks are appropriately managed and in alignment with risk appetite. Specifically, the ORRO department is responsible for providing independent oversight of policies, procedures and standards concerning the measurement, monitoring, control and reporting of risks.

Reporting to the AVP of Global ORRO Governance, Strategy and Risk Programs Oversight , this manager role will support the Governance & Reporting pillar and will provide oversight a challenge over the key metrics and trends to support operational risk posture.
