Job Description

The Regulatory Compliance Management Specialist will support all SLF Philippines’ businesses and functions in ensuring adherence to all applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies. The RCM Specialist will be responsible for coordinating compliance activities between business units and the second line (Compliance and Risk functions). The role will ensure that the operational teams meet regulatory obligations by supporting compliance implementation, incident reporting, issue triage, and remediation tracking. This role will play a critical part in embedding a culture of compliance by integrating regulatory requirements into day-to-day business activities. The ideal candidate is expected to have strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of regulatory frameworks, and the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.
