Operational Risk Specialist

At CloudWalk, operational excellence is key to building a trusted and scalable financial ecosystem. As an Operational Risk Specialist, you’ll join a high-performing team driving the evolution of our Operational Risk Management Framework in full compliance with BACEN regulations — including Res. BCB nº 265/2022, Res. CMN nº , and related standards.You’ll help us identify, assess, and mitigate operational risks across the company — with a strong focus on fraud management, technology risk, and AI-driven automation. Working cross-functionally with Data Science, Fraud Prevention, and Engineering, you’ll design, validate, and automate models and processes that strengthen resilience and make CloudWalk even smarter.If you’re passionate about blending data, risk, and automation to make operations safer and more efficient, this role is for you.
