Operational SOP Training Lead

Astron Energy (Pty) Ltd. is seeking a skilled professional responsible for executing the BU Operational Training Curriculum. The role involves close collaboration with the Operations Standards Specialist to develop effective training delivery plans for Logistics facilities.

This includes maintaining training records and participating in SOP reviews and competency observations. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of operational experience, preferably in the petroleum industry, along with relevant technical qualifications.
