-Candidate must have bachelor's degree in Operation Management/Logistic or any engineering (automotive/manufacturing) field.
-Applicant must be willing to work in Sg Choh.
Job Description:
1) To plan, manage and control designated process, line or section based on 4M (Man, Machine, Method, Material).
2) To manage and develop Team Members to achieve goals of safety, environmental performance, production volume, quality, service & costs.
3) To develop a daily plan based on recent operation & quality and to report the result of daily operation.
4) To support Manpower and Cost Control Activity by controlling the monthly expenses & budget.
5) To comply with all Environmental & Safety rules & requirements. Report any environmental/ safety incidents/ hazards to Shop Manager.
