The Operational Support role exists to provide administrative, data, and system support to Design Engineers and Project Co-ordinators within Development House.



The post holder plays a critical role in enabling the team to deliver a pipeline of investment works aligned to the business plan.



A core aspect of the role is the generation and maintenance of projects within corporate systems — primarily SAP PM and SAP PPM — using information supplied by engineers. The role also provides wider operational support across data management, reporting, document preparation, and process compliance.
