Operational support specialist - pcba manufacturing

Position OverviewOur client is seeking a hands-on Operational Support Specialist to provide on-site production and supply chain support at a key EMS supplier facility in Guadalajara, Mexico. This individual will serve as the operational liaison between the supplier’s manufacturing team and the client’s U. S.-based operations organization to help secure production continuity, improve visibility, and ensure timely order fulfillment.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience within PCBA manufacturing environments, including production planning, material tracking, manufacturing operations, and expediting. This role requires a highly proactive individual capable of working independently within a fast-paced manufacturing setting while effectively communicating issues, risks, and recovery actions to cross-functional stakeholders.Key Responsibilities
