Job Description

As our Operational Systems Specialist at Youfoodz, you will drive operational excellence by leading the development, deployment, and optimization of core manufacturing (MFG) and inventory (IMP) systems. You'll serve as the central owner of our software roadmap, translating complex business requirements into technical solutions while managing change strategies to ensure data integrity, user adoption, and continuous operational uptime.

This role is based at our Karawatha, Brisbane facility and reports to the National Planning and Supply Manager.

You will...
Lead the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) for core manufacturing and inventory systems, from initial analysis and scope definition through to QA and deployment.
