Operational Training Specialist in Calgary

Elevate operational readiness as a Training and Standards Specialist in Calgary’s Palmer Hangar. Focus on developing training programs and ensuring compliance within the Operations Control Team.
This role reports to the Operations Control Manager and requires collaboration with the Quality & Standards Manager. You will maintain training materials and manuals, ensure they reflect day-to-day operations and regulatory standards, and administer learning management systems like Tovuti.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain accurate Operations Control manuals and training materials
• Administer learning management systems including course setup
• Deliver onboarding and recurrent training programs
• Collaborate on training related to procedures and regulatory updates
• Gather feedback to improve training effectiveness
Requirements:
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum two years in aviation operations or training
