Overview

Reporting to the Head of Mining Solutions and Technology, the Operational Transformation Manager is responsible for orchestrating and executing complex, cross-functional transformation initiatives across the mining business. This role translates strategic priorities into actionable, integrated program plans and drives disciplined execution through structured project management and strong stakeholder alignment. Responsible to develop and maintain the end-to-end transformation roadmap, establish governance and performance tracking frameworks, and ensure clarity of roles, accountability, and decision-making across multiple teams and organizations. Acting as a central coordinator and advisor, this role works closely with senior leaders to mobilize initiatives, surface and manage risks, and ensure timely delivery of key outcomes.
