Job Description
The Operations Admin Officer oversees and coordinates administrative functions related to daily bus operations. This role ensures operational efficiency, compliance with company policies, and proper supervision of administrative staff while working closely with operations management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and guide operations administrative staff
- Oversee daily operational documentation, reports, and records
- Coordinate with dispatch, drivers, inspectors, and maintenance teams
- Review trip reports, attendance, fuel consumption, and incident reports
- Assist in planning and monitoring bus deployment and schedules
- Ensure compliance with company policies, LTFRB and other regulatory requirements
- Identify operational issues and recommend process improvements
- Prepare consolidated reports for management review
