Operations Admin Staff

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for managing fleet operations.
• To ensure that Drivers and Operators are well informed and comply with LTFRB and LTO regulations.
• Explain to the operator and drivers that they shall exercise extraordinary diligence in safely transporting the passengers from pick-up to the drop-off point.
• Manage the staff and assist with the fleet operations, such as monitoring and checking the transactions.
• To always coordinate with the team, operator, and driver.
• Create and update the acquisition dashboard database and application.
• Answer concerns and queries of the franchisee, drivers, and potential applicants for Toktokgo daily.
• Driver onboarding and driver activation.
• Perform orientations and/or schedule training as needed.
• Update, scan, and save all the data.
