**Pposition**: Operations & Administrative Assistant
**Location**: Mexico City (CDMX)
**Type**: Full-time (mostly on-site)
**Reports to**: Operations Manager / Admin Lead
Key Responsibilities
- Provide daily administrative support: office supplies purchasing, vendor coordination, expense reimbursement, and payment follow-up.
- Support operations management: cross-functional coordination, task follow-up, and basic data tracking/reporting.
- Manage documentation: contracts, quotations, invoices, purchasing files, meeting minutes, and archiving.
- Coordinate meetings, calendars, visitor reception, and travel arrangements.
- Assist with other operational/administrative tasks as assigned.
**Requirements**:
- Associate degree or above; 1-3 years of experience in admin/operations support is preferred.
- Familiar with local recruiting channels and basic hiring processes in Mexico (Indeed, OCC, LinkedIn, etc.).
