Summary
Location: Remote – Must be based in Latin America
Language: English (Intermediate–Advanced) + Spanish
Monthly Rate: USD $400 – $500
Workload: Full-time (40 hours/week)

We're MiPapaya, a fast-growing fintech helping people send and receive money across Latin America. We're looking for a bilingual operations analyst to support our day-to-day remittance operations,.
Responsibilities:
Process and verify international transactions
Monitor for suspicious activity and report issues
Run KYC/AML/OFAC checks
Document issues and suggest improvements
Work closely with operations, tech, and compliance teams
Customer Service
What We're Looking For:
2+ years in fintech, MSB, or financial services
Familiar with U.S. compliance (KYC, AML, MSB regs)
Comfortable with digital tools and multitasking
Based in Latin America
