Operations Analyst - Asset Servicing/Corp Actions

Job role:-

Asset Servicing is responsible for managing Voluntary Income and Corporate Actions events across global equity and fixed income products. Our focus areas include:

• Event creation and reconciliation
• Instruction and entitlement distribution
• Dedicated client service

Key Responsibilities

• Manage distribution of entitlements from Voluntary and Mandatory APAC Equity & Fixed Income Corporate Action and Income events
• Create and maintain Asset Servicing events in proprietary systems
• Support internal trading desks, prime brokerage clients, stock loan counterparties, and external brokers
• Reconcile cash and stock balances accurately
• Interpret and liaise with custodian banks and self-clear markets using industry standards such as SWIFT
• Deliver precise, timely work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
