Operations Analyst

Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain reports and dashboards using Excel and Power BI.
Collaborate with stakeholders across regions to understand pricing and reporting requirements and translate them into automated solutions.
Debug and troubleshoot issues in existing data processes and systems, implementing fixes and improvements.
Document processes, systems, and workflows in a clear and structured manner.
Support backlog management and operational activities (logistics experience preferred).
Monitor and review performance metrics regularly and identify improvement opportunities.
Ensure high accuracy and quality of data collection and reporting.
Provide reliable and high-quality data reporting services.
Execute assigned tasks independently and within deadlines.
Work collaboratively with team members and stakeholders.
Take on additional tasks as assigned by the Manager or Team Lead and demonstrate a willingness to learn and grow.
