Operations Analyst

We're looking for a highly organized and proactive Operations Analyst to join our growing Operations team.
This role is focused on ensuring the smooth execution of day-to-day operational workflows, including onboarding, audits, account monitoring, and process improvement. You'll play a key role in supporting internal teams, maintaining accurate operational records, and improving efficiency across systems and processes.
Key Responsibilities
General Operations (Core Focus)
Manage onboarding activities (e.g., GBL setup, domain and email configuration, QR code creation, tool integrations).
Conduct operational and audits, compile reports, and maintain dashboards and tracking sheets.
Oversee request inboxes (cancellations, escalations, troubleshooting) to ensure timely and accurate resolution.
Monitor and resolve error tags across onboarding, client, brand, and website workflows, applying corrective actions as needed.
