Operations Analyst

We're looking for a highly organized and proactive Operations Analyst to join our growing Operations team.

This role is focused on ensuring the smooth execution of day-to-day operational workflows, including onboarding, audits, account monitoring, and process improvement. You'll play a key role in supporting internal teams, maintaining accurate operational records, and improving efficiency across systems and processes.

Key Responsibilities

General Operations (Core Focus)

• Manage onboarding activities (e.g., GBL setup, domain and email configuration, QR code creation, tool integrations).
• Conduct operational and audits, compile reports, and maintain dashboards and tracking sheets.
• Oversee request inboxes (cancellations, escalations, troubleshooting) to ensure timely and accurate resolution.
