About The Role
We are seeking an Operations Analyst to support end-to-end logistics operations, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance across shipment processing, coordination, and documentation.
Key Responsibilities
Register import consoles and shipments in the Logistics Platform
Process agent debit notes within the Logistics Platform
Enter Shipping Line, Forwarder, and Co-loader invoices accurately into the system
Follow up with Carriers and Co-loaders until Delivery Orders are received
Send shipment manifests via the Logistics Platform and email for co-load LCL shipments
Comply with customs-related requirements and documentation
Coordinate transport of goods to clients
Ensure shipping and related rates are accurately captured in Expedient
