High-impact Responsibilities You Will Be Entrusted With

• Place policies with insurers.
• Understand documentation requirements from all insurance companies.
• Collect and review documents submitted by clients to ensure compliance, referring to Confluence checklist and placement process for accuracy.
• Follow up with clients for documents and escalations to Commercial team leaders when necessary.
• Submit policies via insurer portals and email and follow up with insurers.
• Update and monitor the Salesforce Policy Placement Dashboard daily to ensure compliance with agreed turnaround time.
• Track and update accuracy data for each placement (client, operations and insurer accuracy).
