Job Description

About the Company: 
Our client is a private equity investment manager specializing in secondary market transactions providing liquidity solutions and strategic access to seasoned private equity assets. The firm also invests in select primary and co-investment opportunities to enhance portfolio diversification.
Responsibilities: 
Ensure the accurate and timely processing of capital calls paid to and distributions received from the firm’s fund

Coordinate with the firm’s sub-administrator, custodian, and other critical service providers and vendors to ensure the timely and accurate payment of expenses including the maintenance of weekly expense packages

Review daily reconciliation of the custodial and brokerage accounts

Assist in the preparation and review of SEC filings

Perform scheduled and ad hoc internal reporting including portfolio performance reporting
