Operations Analyst

You will need:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline e.g., accounting, engineering, mathematics, computer science, data science, etc.
• At least 5 years of relevant work experience; related experience in international agencies will be preferred
• Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of operational processes and procedures of a multilateral development bank.
• Ability to undertake background research and analysis on difficult but well-defined tasks, collect, organize and analyze required data and information, apply appropriate computer skills in analyzing and developing the data, and prepare notes, papers, and sections of reports
• Demonstrated ability to evaluate information using basic problem-solving methods by making simple causal links, pro-and-cons lists, and analyses to reach a decision and set priorities for tasks in order of importance.
