Operations Analyst

Job role:-
Asset Servicing is responsible for managing Voluntary Income and Corporate Actions events across global equity and fixed income products. Our focus areas include:
Event creation and reconciliation
Instruction and entitlement distribution
Dedicated client service
Key Responsibilities
Manage distribution of entitlements from Voluntary and Mandatory APAC Equity & Fixed Income Corporate Action and Income events
Create and maintain Asset Servicing events in proprietary systems
Support internal trading desks, prime brokerage clients, stock loan counterparties, and external brokers
Reconcile cash and stock balances accurately
Interpret and liaise with custodian banks and self-clear markets using industry standards such as SWIFT
Deliver precise, timely work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
