Job Description

Role Summary
We are looking for a highly driven Operations Analyst to join our team, supporting a fast-moving trading and investment platform. This role sits at the intersection of Trading, Compliance, Risk, and Finance — ideal for candidates who want direct exposure to markets and the mechanics behind institutional trading.

This is not a back-office processing role. You will work closely with front office teams to ensure trades flow correctly, issues are solved quickly, and operational risk is minimized.

What you’ll be doing 
Monitor and support the daily trade lifecycle from execution through settlement. 

Reconcile positions, cash, and P&L across internal and external systems. 

Identify, investigate, and resolve trade breaks and discrepancies under tight deadlines. 

Partner with traders, brokers, custodians, and technology teams to resolve issues in real time.
