Operations and Marketing Assistant A growing boat charter company based in Italy is looking for a proactive Remote Operations & Marketing Assistant to support day-to-day operations and help execute light marketing activities.

Part--time:  15 hours per week Working Hours:  Italian business hours Engagement Type:  Fully Remote, Independent Contractor Monthly Rate:  $300-480 What You'll Be Doing: Operations & Administration Manage incoming client inquiries through email and booking platforms, addressing both retail customers and agency partners.

Access and update the booking portal to verify availability, boat specifications, and pricing.

Respond to common client questions using templates, AI tools, or guidance from ownership.

Coordinate with tourism agencies and partners to facilitate collaborations and referrals.
